2. Product Condition

Returned products must generally be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags, accessories, and other included items intact.

3. Category-Specific Returns

Home Essentials and Pets Care products generally have a 14-day return window. Personal Care and Food & Beverages products generally have a 7-day return window due to hygiene and perishability requirements.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products cannot be returned, including activated SaaS subscriptions, redeemed gift cards, personalized products, opened personal-care items, opened or perishable food products, and items clearly marked as final sale.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our support team with your order ID, product details, and reason for the return within the applicable return period.
